Professional Experience

Beth is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial and business litigation, with a strong emphasis in matters involving public utility and energy law, commercial disputes, and contract claims. Beth has significant experience representing multi-state public utility companies in all phases of litigation.

Beth has also successfully represented clients in matters involving professional liability, products liability, class actions, multidistrict litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, and real estate and construction.

Beth has trial and mediation experience as well as experience in employment litigation and drug and pharmacy law.
