Jeremy is an Associate in the firm's Business Law Department. He is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and tax. Jeremy has experience dealing with business entities of all types on tax and benefits matters. Jeremy is a certified public accountant.
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Jeremy worked as a law clerk for several organizations, including a local boutique tax law firm, the City of Cleveland Department of Law, and within the general counsel’s office of a large and diversified natural gas utility corporation. While in law school, Jeremy was Editor-in-Chief of Health Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine. Prior to attending law school, he worked for a Fortune 500 financial institution as a financial consultant and auditor.
