Beth is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department, focusing her practice on all aspects of commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on public utility and energy law, products liability defense, corporate and partnership disputes, contract claims, commercial disputes, real estate and construction litigation, and professional liability defense. Beth also has experience in employment litigation, class action litigation and drug and pharmacy law.
