Emily is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. She focuses her practice on chemical, mechanical and medical device technologies. Emily’s experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications for filing in the United States and internationally; preparing product clearance, patentability and state-of-the-art opinions; as well as preparing and prosecuting trademark applications for filing in the United States.
Emily’s previous professional experience includes working as a products researcher for baby care research and development at The Procter and Gamble Company and as a chemist for the research and development laboratory at The Bonne Bell Company. She also worked for the law firm Hahn Loeser & Parks, LLP.
