Ken focuses his practice on complex civil and business litigation. This includes contract claims, restrictive covenant litigation and a wide variety of commercial cases. He represents construction companies in a wide variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters. He has defended clients in personal injury, toxic tort, D & O disputes, products liability cases, appeals, criminal (white collar) defense, insurance-related litigation, and environmental cases. Ken is Ohio legal counsel for Liggett Group, Inc. and Liggett & Myers, Inc. in the national tobacco industry litigation, which includes class action litigation and injury/wrongful death claims. He has represented clients in urea formaldehyde, asbestos, cigarette, and lead paint public nuisance litigation. Ken regularly conducts jury trials, non-jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations conducted in and outside of Ohio.
