Professional Experience

Matt's practice primarily focuses on business counseling, corporate restructuring, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Matt works with public and private companies, officers, directors, and investors in a variety of situations. He has represented buyers and sellers in over 25 bankruptcy section 363 sales ranging from under $100,000 to over $450 million. He has also successfully closed several "free and clear" receivership sales, approved in various Ohio courts.
