Professional Experience

Matt's practice focuses on business counseling, corporate restructuring, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Matt works with public and private companies, officers, directors, and investors in various commercial matters. He has represented buyers and sellers in over 25 bankruptcy section 363 sales ranging from under $100,000 to over $450 million. He has also successfully closed multiple "free and clear" receivership sales, approved in various Ohio courts.
