Rachel H. Yaffe

Rachel is an associate in the Business Law Services Department. She focuses her practice on a range of corporate issues including business formation, drafting corporate transactional documents and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Rachel represents physicians, medical practices and other healthcare clients in corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. Rachel has counseled clients on employment matters, practice acquisitions, regulatory compliance and various corporate and healthcare issues.
