Robin Kaplan has extensive experience in complex criminal and regulatory defense litigation involving white collar and antitrust matters, in state and federal courts in Florida and around the country. She has acted as lead trial lawyer in a variety of trials, most recently successfully obtaining an acquittal for an attorney in a complex mortgage fraud case in the Southern District of Florida. In addition, she co-tried a groundbreaking case in which the defense secured an acquittal of all 141 counts against a medical doctor.
Robin has handled cases involving complex tax, anti-trust, wire fraud, mail fraud, RICO, money laundering, Sarbanes-Oxley, drug trafficking, bank fraud, healthcare fraud; as well as alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FDA regulations, and the Arms Export Controls Act.
