The firm has always been very flexible and respectful about the other demand in my life as a working mom. The firm was receptive to my proposal for a reduced hours schedule that better fit my needs. Within the firm, the attorneys I work with respect my schedule and my time. The technological support that is available is also a great help to balance my work and home lives.
