Our attorneys have extensive experience representing clients in all types of legal matters relating to the distribution of goods and services, both domestically and internationally. Our range of expertise includes:
Negotiating and preparing distribution agreements, sales agent agreements, and other similar agreements between manufacturers and distribution intermediaries. We represent both manufacturers/sellers and distributors/agents.
Advising clients with respect to the termination of distribution relationships.
Advising clients with respect to the unique aspects of establishing, administering and terminating distribution relationships with foreign distributors and sales agents. Our attorneys have experience in these matters in virtually all areas of the world.
Counseling clients concerning other related areas of law and trade regulation which may impact or affect distribution relationships, including export licensing issues, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues, and anti-trust and competition law issues.
