Associate – Wire Fraud Litigation (Florida)

McDonald Hopkins is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented associate attorney with at least three years of experience to join our litigation team with a focus on wire fraud and complex financial fraud matters. Candidates located in Florida are strongly preferred.

This role involves representing clients in sophisticated wire fraud disputes, investigations, and related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases independently, appearing in court, and working extensively with financial records and data.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving wire fraud, financial fraud, commercial litigation, or related matters
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently, including strategy development, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
• Experience appearing in court, handling hearings, and interacting directly with clients
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, financial records, and damages calculations
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Active bar admission in Florida (or ability to obtain promptly)
