McDonald Hopkins LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to join its employee benefits practice in its Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago or West Palm Beach office.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the design, development and implementation of various retirement and welfare benefit plans with the ability to counsel clients on day-to-day plan administration. The candidate must have experience in the design and administration of ESOPs and ESOP transactions, including counseling on fiduciary issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills with the ability to prepare effective employee communications and to explain complex benefit issues. A portable book of business of at least $300k+ is required.
