McDonald Hopkins' Michael Wise will present as part of a panel on "Energy Development Opportunities for Distressed Properties" at the 28th Annual Ohio Energy Savings and Management Conference in Columbus Ohio.
Michael's panel will present from 10:30 - 11:30 AM and will focus on:
- Completed projects on landfills and distressed property and best use scenarios for distressed sites (landfills, brownfields, reclaimed coal)
- Under current Ohio law, development/interconnect process and overview of proposed new Ohio legislative opportunities
- Increase tax revenue and other local benefits from developing distressed properties
