The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (the “Act”) is the most extensive legislation since 1986 and has many implications for tax planning, and in particular, for estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer (“GST”) tax planning. This Act can impact decisions being made for both individuals and businesses. In this session on April 25, Mike Witzke will present and have an interactive dialogue revisiting these opportunities and discussing considerations that business owners and their advisors can consider in addressing their personal and business planning needs.
