Protecting the privilege in the boardroom and executive suite

This is a joint Columbus and Cleveland event by the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals, sponsored by McDonald Hopkins LLC. The meeting, Thursday, March 10, will begin with lunch at 11:30 a.m. - Noon followed by a presentation on protecting the privilege in the boardroom and the Executive Suite from Noon - 1:00 p.m. The panel will be moderated by Michael Snyder, Member, McDonald Hopkins with panelists Jack Adams, Associate General Counsel of CardinalHealth, and Karl Eckweiler, Deputy General Counsel, NiSource. The presentation will cover tools to ensure privileges are protected and situations to be mindful to avoid.
