Courtney G. Tito appointed to American Health Lawyers Association’s leadership advancement program

WEST PALM BEACH (July 5 2017) – Courtney G. Tito, an associate at McDonald Hopkins LLC, has been selected as a member of the Health Care Liability and Litigation Practice Group Leadership Advancement Program by the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). The one-year appointment is effective July 1, 2017. The AHLA is the nation’s largest, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field.

Based in McDonald Hopkins’ West Palm Beach office, Tito works in the firm’s national Healthcare Practice Group, which advises a wide range of individuals and entities in the healthcare industry.  She counsels and represents clients in Medicare audits and other healthcare related matters, including physician quality reporting system (PQRS) eligibility and compliance, and representation before the Department of Health and Human Services, Civil Remedies Division for appeals or revocations and payment suspensions.

Admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia, Tito earned her J.D. and M.A. degrees from American University, and a B.A. from James Madison University.
