Experienced executive compensation and governance attorney David C. Strosnider joins Chicago office of McDonald Hopkins

CHICAGO — David C. Strosnider has joined the Chicago office of McDonald Hopkins, adding more than 20 years of experience to the firm’s executive compensation and governance practice.

Strosnider has an active practice representing compensation committees, companies, and senior executives in the negotiation and structuring of executive employment and severance agreements, and equity arrangements. He also frequently represents management teams in M&A transactions and private equity deals, and provides advice to public and private companies, compensation committees, and senior executives with respect to day-to-day executive compensation, employee benefits, and employment law matters.

Strosnider was previously a partner in the employee benefits and executive compensation groups of national law firms. Throughout his career, he has spoken at national employee benefits conferences and been published by leading publications on a wide range of executive compensation and employee benefits topics. 

Strosnider earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law and has a LL.M. in taxation from The Georgetown University Law Center. He earned his B.A. in political science from Presbyterian College.
