"Overtime rules could soon change"

A lot of hourly workers are about to get raises — millions of them, in fact. And Ohio’s employers might be affected more than most.

That’s because, beginning sometime in 2016, employers in Northeast Ohio and across the country will be operating under new rules with regards to who is and who is not entitled to overtime pay.
