The 2020 Business Outlook survey is now closed. Results from the survey will be posted soon.

McDonald Hopkins is conducting its tenth annual Business Outlook Survey of U.S. business leaders.

The survey seeks the input from business owners and executives regarding their confidence in the U.S. business climate and their assurance and concerns regarding their business and respective industries in 2020. The survey contains questions regarding business conditions, interest rates, presidential politics, and more.

McDonald Hopkins' Todd Baumgartner will be presenting as part of a panel on "Ideas for Succession Planning" at this in person conference presented by MAGNET.

On January 1, 2024, the process of forming a business entity in the U.S. will substantially change when the Corporate Transparency Act goes into effect. The CTA is a U.S. law that requires reporting companies to disclose company information and certain beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
