McDonald Hopkins welcomes attorney Stephanie White to its national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group
McDonald Hopkins is pleased to announce that Stephanie White has joined the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group as an associate.
Stephanie previously served as a law clerk at McDonald Hopkins, an experience that solidified her desire to build her career at the firm.
“I had the privilege of serving as a law clerk here, where I worked alongside the incident response team on real-time matters and gained invaluable insight into the firm’s collaborative, client-first culture. That experience confirmed that this was where I wanted to build my career,” she said.
Stephanie helps clients manage data privacy risks, respond to cyber incidents, and navigate evolving privacy regulations. Driven by a passion for protecting people and organizations in the digital age, her practice is concentrated on crisis management, cyber investigations, and incident response.
“What I enjoy the most about this field is the opportunity to help clients navigate high-stakes, high-pressure moments with clarity and care. Whether responding to a ransomware attack or managing potential data exposure, I take pride in guiding clients through complex challenges with both legal precision and human understanding,” added Stephanie.
Stephanie received her J.D. from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and Master of Science in Cyber Investigations and Intelligence and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science with a minor in Cybersecurity from Robert Morris University.
Dominic Paluzzi, the co-chair of the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group, added that Stephanie is a great addition to the team.
“Stephanie brings proven talent and energy to our practice. We’re excited to have her on the team.”
