Julie serves as Counsel in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins, where she provides strategic legal guidance to small and mid-sized businesses across a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice focuses on general corporate law, including entity formation, governance, contract negotiation, and risk management, with additional experience in executive compensation and employment-related matters.

With a practical, business-minded approach, Julie partners with clients to navigate complex legal issues and achieve their strategic goals. She has extensive experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements and advising on mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining McDonald Hopkins, she served as general counsel for a national technology distributor, gaining firsthand insight into vendor and supply chain operations. That experience continues to inform her role as a trusted advisor to clients seeking practical, results-driven legal solutions.

Julie earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Buffalo State College.
