Mark Walters is a paralegal in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, internal business restructurings, entity formations and business compliance. He has a wide range of experience working with diverse clients from small companies to large publicly traded corporations.

Before joining McDonald Hopkins, Mark worked for a Cleveland-based leading provider of bingo products and supplies, coordinating the company’s licensing and compliance in various jurisdictions.

Mark earned a B.A. in English from Loyola University Chicago, an M.A. in English from University of Colorado at Denver and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College.
