Overview

Tanjeet is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McDonald Hopkins and part of the firm’s commercial litigation team. She focuses her practice on commercial litigation and general litigation matters. She represents and advises clients on contract disputes, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, trust and estate litigation, member/shareholder litigation, prosecution and defense of non-compete, trade secret, and unfair competition claims, and other matters. She has experience advising a broad range of clients that include manufacturers, public entities and insurers regarding their claim liabilities, business transaction compliance, and legal rights and obligations.

Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Tanjeet worked at a litigation firm in Cleveland, where her practice focused on liability defense and commercial litigation.

Tanjeet earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law, while serving as the program coordinator for the Miller Becker Center for Professional Responsibility and as a member of the Health Law Society and Animal Legal Defense Fund. She earned her B.A. in criminology from Ryerson University.
