Benjamin Bejster is an Associate in McDonald Hopkins' Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Department in Chicago. His practice focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency proceedings, as well as strategic advisory matters for clients across various industries.

Prior to the start of his legal career, Benjamin founded a consulting agency that managed over 100 clients, providing services that included creative strategy, digital advertising, SEO and software development.

Benjamin earned his J.D. cum laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he served as the Associate and Online Editor of the Indiana Law Journal and was awarded the Sig Beck Award for best written work in bankruptcy law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in philosophy from Bradley University.
