Overview
Rachel Dudley is an Associate at McDonald Hopkins and a member of the firm's Litigation Department. Rachel returns to McDonald Hopkins after spending time as a Summer Associate in 2024. Her practice focuses on advising clients across various industries on commercial litigation and general litigation matters. As part of the firm's commercial litigation team, Rachel works with clients to develop solutions and safeguards against claims on the front end; however, when litigation assistance is needed, she collaborates with a deep bench of attorneys to defend a client's business.
Rachel earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was on the National Moot Court Team and served as the senior articles' editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. During her last year in law school, Rachel was a judicial extern for Judge Sara L. Ellis in the Northern District of Illinois. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in history from University of Colorado Boulder where she also obtained a certificate in Peace, Conflicts, and Securities Studies.
