McDonald Hopkins' Kevin Butler featured on Cleveland's Fox 8 Newscast

Fox 8 News recently featured Kevin M. Butler on its segment "New Ohio bill would allow recreational marijuana to be banned locally."

"It could upend a statewide rollout of recreational marijuana use," Butler told Tino Bovenzi, of Fox 8, when asked what the implications of passing Ohio House Bill 341 could mean for local municipalities.

The bill would allow local governments to ban the consumption of non-medical marijuana and home growing of cannabis.

Kevin draws on his vast experience serving as in-house counsel to local governments in Northeast Ohio, including his work as law director to Lakewood and Brooklyn, Ohio.
