Arezoo Habibi joins McDonald Hopkins' Litigation Department

With a comprehensive background in state and federal court cases, Arezoo’s practice is characterized by her dynamic approach to a broad spectrum of litigation issues, including product liability, bankruptcy, and environmental litigation. Her notable contributions to multidistrict litigation matters, ranging from fact development through deposition preparation, highlight her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client success. Additionally, she has demonstrated her prowess in international arenas, having coordinated international arbitration proceedings related to commercial contract disputes.

Before embarking on her legal career, Arezoo made significant strides in the field of risk management, specializing in employee benefits captives. This unique blend of legal and risk management expertise positions her as a valuable asset to McDonald Hopkins and its clients, offering innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.

Arezoo earned her Juris Doctorate from the prestigious University of Virginia School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a Kellogg Law Fellow at the Office of the General Counsel at the NAACP National Headquarters in Baltimore. Her undergraduate studies culminated in a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College. She will be located out of McDonald Hopkins’ Chicago office.
