Overview

Arezoo Habibi is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McDonald Hopkins. As part of the firm’s commercial litigation team, her practice focuses on representing clients in a diverse range of complex commercial and general litigation matters in state and federal court. Arezoo has experience across a large range of legal fields, including product liability, bankruptcy, and environmental litigation. She has supported clients in multidistrict litigation matters, from fact development to deposition preparation, and has also coordinated and assisted with international arbitration proceedings in commercial contract disputes.

Prior to the start of her legal career, Arezoo spent several years with a risk management firm focusing on employee benefits captives. While earning her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, Arezoo served as a Kellogg Law Fellow at the Office of the General Counsel at the NAACP National Headquarters in Baltimore. She earned her B.A. from Colorado College.
