By adhering to our Core Values and creating a culture that encourages growth, teamwork and entrepreneurialism, we’ve built a sustainable business model that favors our clients, attorneys and professionals.

Approaching a century of client service

McDonald Hopkins may have celebrated our 90th year in 2020, but our history actually dates back more than a century to when a 28-year-old farm boy from Iowa found himself stationed on the Lake Erie shore during World War I. Even as the firm has grown over the years into a home for more than 160 attorneys practicing in six cities, McDonald Hopkins can still trace its passion for making a difference in the community and its entrepreneurial spirit back to our early days.
