Associate – Trademark (Cleveland)
McDonald Hopkins LLC is seeking an Associate to join the trademark practice of our Intellectual Property Department.
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of trademark experience, including day-to-day prosecution, portfolio strategy, and enforcement, and a strong interest in trademark prosecution, litigation, and broader intellectual property strategy.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience advising clients on intellectual property strategy and portfolio management and be able to work effectively with attorneys across the firm's practice groups.
