Rick Hindmand, Counsel at McDonald Hopkins. Rick focuses his practice on healthcare regulatory, data privacy, cybersecurity, corporate, and transactional matters. Rick has over 20 years experience advising healthcare professionals, organizations and advisers structure their operations and arrangements to address legal, compliance and business challenges while advancing and protecting their interests. 

Courtney Tito, Member at McDonald Hopkins. Courtney counsels and represents clients in the health law industry including federal and private payor audits and disputes, reimbursement, contract, corporate, enrollment revocations, payment suspensions, internal investigations, compliance and regulatory. She has also counseled clients corporate, CLIA standards, state and federal fraud and abuse rules and regulations and telehealth matters.

Richard Romero, Senior Vice President at Coker Group. Richard has over 25 years of experience providing consulting, valuation and litigation support services. For the past 10 years, he has assisted clients ranging from individual physician practices to large multistate hospital systems with issues and opportunities related to virtual care.

Brian Scarpelli, Senior Policy Counsel at ACT | The App Association. Brian is part of the Collective Health Initiative, a pro-digital health advocacy effort focused on improving the uptake of connected health technology through updates to reimbursement, security and privacy, and demonstrating the efficacy of technology to improve care while reducing costs.
