Legal Relief for Price Escalations, Material Shortages, and Delays

McDonald Hopkins' Michelle Kantor will be presenting as part of a panel on "Legal relief for price escalations, material shortages, and delays" at the 2023 SAME Small Business Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

This session provides guidance to contractors with firm-fixed-price contracts who have suffered financial losses due to price escalations, material shortages, delays, suspensions, and terminations for convenience. It will include FAR clauses that can provide relief and guidance on REAs, contract claims, and updates on new regulations that can address relief.
