Tabletop exercises are (or should be) commonplace today. But what happens next? When the Incident Investigation is over, and your affected data set needs analyzed in order to determine your notification obligations, what should you expect in the process, the timing, and the cost? This panel will take you through the next steps in the process including programmatic data mining, manual review and extraction, report generation and the notifications process. We will seek to give the audience an appropriate appreciation of the work that follows the incident and help you and your stakeholders have proper expectations for what comes next.
