Attorney Christopher Riley joins the Chicago office of McDonald Hopkins

CHICAGO (September 12, 2016) – Christopher Riley has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC, a business advisory and advocacy law firm, as an associate in the firm’s Business department.Based in Chicago, Riley will be advising clients on a multitude of issues, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions. Riley brings with him extensive experience with corporate transactions, including corporate governance and planning, capital raises and debt refinancing, and the sale and purchase of goods and services.
