The list profiles top professionals throughout Southeast Michigan who guide organizations through complex financial decisions, regulatory changes, and high-stakes legal strategies. 

Jim is Co-President of McDonald Hopkins and Co-Chair of the rapidly growing, internationally recognized Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group. Under his leadership, both the firm and the data privacy practice have grown to be known for the talent, depth of expertise, and culture that is the cornerstone of our destination firm. He does this all while maintaining a robust privacy practice serving clients across a wide range of industries.

Miriam serves as Managing Member of McDonald Hopkins’ Detroit office, sits on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, is the Firm’s General Counsel, and is a leader in the Labor and Employment Practice. She oversees dozens of attorneys while managing hundreds of client relationships in her active practice guiding employers through complex employment issues and providing critical legal insights. She is instrumental in fostering a firm-wide culture of growth, collaboration, and entrepreneurialism.
