For more than 34 years, Jim has distinguished himself through his client work, leadership, mentorship and commitment to strengthening both the legal profession and his community. His influence extends beyond his work with clients, helping shape McDonald Hopkins, the field of data privacy and cybersecurity, and the many people he has mentored and worked alongside throughout his career.

Jim currently serves as Co-President of McDonald Hopkins, Co-Chair of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice, and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
