McDonald Hopkins welcomes real estate attorney Robert Lotzar

McDonald Hopkins is proud to announce the addition of attorney Robert Lotzar, an Associate in McDonald Hopkins’ Business Department and a part of the Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on advising clients on purchasing, selling, financing, and leasing commercial real estate.

Robert said McDonald Hopkins is his destination firm of choice because of the opportunity for growth.

Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Robert worked at a real estate law firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and office transactions. Robert’s experience encompasses a wide range of matters, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, zoning appeals, tax incentives, and eminent domain proceedings.

“I truly enjoy negotiating contracts and the complexity that goes into commercial real estate development,” Robert said.

He tailors his approach to each client’s specific needs, with an emphasis on efficiency, to help move deals across the finish line.
