Daniel is an Associate in the Executive Compensation and Governance Practice Group and Business Department at McDonald Hopkins. His practice focuses primarily on matters related to executive compensation, governance and corporate issues. Daniel has experience in the financial industry and working with start-up clients, providing guidance on operations and general corporate matters, legal due diligence, and compliance.
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, Daniel provided in-house legal and operations guidance at an early-state technology start-up.
Daniel earned his J.D. from Case Western University School of Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University.
