Overview

Brady is an Associate in McDonald Hopkins’ Business Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing clients in a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, with experience guiding transactions from due diligence through closing. He regularly assists with due diligence and drafts transaction documents, corporate governance materials and other agreements that support complex business transactions.

Before joining McDonald Hopkins, Brady advised clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including structuring stock and asset transactions to address commercial, regulatory and risk allocation considerations. He also drafted and negotiated a wide range of transaction documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, contribution agreements, transition services agreements, rollover agreements and other ancillary agreements. In addition, Brady has experience serving as general corporate counsel, advising clients on entity formation, employee benefits, and state and federal regulatory compliance.

Brady enjoys the complexity and fast-paced nature of mergers and acquisitions and values the opportunity to help business owners navigate one of the most significant and transformative stages in their company's lifecycle.

Brady earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
