Bridget Howell

Overview

Bridget is a Paralegal in the Business Department at McDonald Hopkins. She has experience supporting attorneys and clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate matters, and ongoing corporate maintenance. Her work includes coordinating closings and due diligence processes, maintaining corporate records, preparing and filing state and federal documents, and assisting with entity formation, governance, and compliance.

Bridget has experience drafting and preparing legal documents related to asset transactions, real estate matters, and corporate governance, as well as supporting stock and membership interest transfers and tracking ownership changes. She also assists with contract review, including non-disclosure agreements, shareholder agreements, and employment agreements, and conducts UCC searches in support of client matters.

Bridget earned her Paralegal Certificate from Bryant & Stratton College and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science: Pre-Law from Michigan State University.
