Overview
Ryan Nadick serves as Counsel in the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Department at McDonald Hopkins. He has over 20 years of experience representing large clients, middle market clients, entrepreneurs, debtors and creditors in a wide variety of business and transactions matters, including, commercial transactions, merger and acquisition matters, business divorces and distressed situations. Ryan brings a unique perspective and pragmatic approach to addressing client needs, having practiced across a wide variety of areas in large firms, boutique firms and as in house counsel. Outside of strategic advisory and restructuring, his practice includes providing counsel to businesses and individuals with respect to commercial contract review, negotiation and drafting, commercial finance, M&A matters, employment and labor matters, privacy policies and real estate transactions. He also represents businesses with respect to regulatory compliance, corporate formation and maintenance, including the preparation of governmental filings, operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, corporate minutes, resolutions and bylaws.
Ryan earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois.
