Overview
Saili is an Associate in McDonald Hopkins’ Litigation Department and its national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on incident response, where she works closely with clients to navigate data breaches and cybersecurity incidents, helping them comply with state, federal, and international notification laws, mitigate risk, and ensure operational continuity.
Prior to joining McDonald Hopkins, she worked on general liability and data privacy matters, including advising on international data protection regulations and drafting updated privacy policies for clients with global operations.
Earlier in her career, Saili served as a Legal Researcher and Writer for ERMProtect Cybersecurity Solutions, where she focused on cybersecurity regulations, compliance frameworks, and emerging legal trends affecting the technology sector. Her legal background also includes internships with the Honorable Mary S. Scriven at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, GTE Financial Credit Union, and Raymond James Financial.
Saili is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, where she serves as a KnowledgeNet Young Privacy Professional.
Saili earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida.
