McDonald Hopkins welcomes Meghan Miller to Litigation Department in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH  — Meghan Miller has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Miller focuses her practice on civil litigation, trust and estate litigation and estate planning. In addition to trust and estate matters, Miller’s litigation practice also includes extensive experience with ADA accessibility litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, and real property litigation. Her estate planning expertise encompasses asset protection, probate and trust administration, as well as drafting, analyzing and updating estate planning documents.

Miller earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. She earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and environmental science from the University of Florida.
