Andrea Lim

Overview

Andrea is an Associate in McDonald Hopkins’ Litigation Department and a part of the firm’s national Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Group. As part of the Data Privacy and Cybersecurity team, Andrea works with clients on incident response, pre-breach services, regulatory defense, and artificial intelligence compliance. Before joining the firm, Andrea served in-house as a corporate legal fellow at a national retailer, where she gained first-hand insight into the challenges businesses face in managing legal and compliance risks. This in-house perspective allows her to approach matters with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset that aligns with her clients’ operational and business goals.
