Overview
Jordan Roth is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McDonald Hopkins, primarily focusing on probate litigation. Jordan concentrates his practice on probate, trust, and guardianship matters. Jordan has extensive experience in representing businesses and individuals in all phases of litigation, both in state and federal court. Jordan’s practice also includes business litigation, with an emphasis on directors’ and officers’ liability, business torts, and creditors’ rights.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, he participated in the Business, Innovation & Technology Clinic, providing legal assistance to local small-business owners and was also a member of the Negotiation & Mediation Team.
