McDonald Hopkins welcomes Jordan Roth to Litigation Department

WEST PALM BEACH — Jordan Roth has joined the West Palm Beach office of McDonald Hopkins as an associate in the Litigation Department, adding her experience to the firm’s commercial litigation team.

"I understand that litigation is often very personal. So, I strive to maintain a client-focused approach which entails consistent communication and availability, as well as a relentless drive to achieve favorable results." Jordan concentrates his practice on probate, trust, and guardianship matters. Jordan has extensive experience in representing businesses and individuals in all phases of litigation, both in state and federal court. Jordan’s practice also includes business litigation, with an emphasis on directors’ and officers’ liability, business torts, and creditors’ rights.
