  • Representation of a central business district office tower owner in both the owner’s leasing transactions and general real estate matters
  • Represented a national lobbying firm in connection with their sublease of space in a Class A office building
  • Represented the purchaser/landlord of a suburban office building in connection with purchase of the building and the leasing of the building to two major tenants for the operation of the tenants’ headquarters

  • Represented a national bank as ground lessee in several leases for retail bank branches in South Florida
  • Represented the ground lessor of an outparcel in connection with their lease of the outparcel to a national bank for use as a retail branch with drive-thru teller lanes
  • Negotiated sale/leaseback transactions of printing facilities in Cleveland, Ohio and Hollywood, Florida
  • Represented international landlord in industrial lease negotiations with OEM automobile manufacturer
