McDonald Hopkins recognized in Chambers USA 2026 rankings
McDonald Hopkins is pleased to announce that 23 attorneys and 10 practice areas have been recognized in the 2026 edition of the Chambers USA guide. The firm earned two new attorney rankings and three new practice area rankings this year, reflecting the continued growth of its nationally recognized practices and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Among this year's achievements, McDonald Hopkins expanded its Chambers footprint with new practice rankings for Privacy & Data Security: Highly Regarded (Nationwide), Bankruptcy/Restructuring (Michigan), and Healthcare (Illinois), as well as first-time attorney rankings for Dave Kall (Tax) and Jack Meadows (Banking & Finance).
The firm's nationally recognized Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice also received additional recognition, with Dominic Paluzzi earning rankings in both Chambers USA and the Chambers Global Guide for Privacy & Data Security: Cybersecurity.
“These rankings underscore the confidence our clients place in us to guide them through complex cybersecurity and privacy challenges. They also reflect the exceptional dedication and experience of our team of more than 65 privacy attorneys, who help organizations respond to and manage thousands of cyber incidents and data breaches each year,” said Dominic Paluzzi, co-chair of McDonald Hopkins' Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice.
Firm leadership credited the recognition to the trust of clients and the dedication of attorneys across the organization.
"Achieving our Chambers recognitions would not have been possible without the trust and support of our clients," said Jim Giszczak, co-president of McDonald Hopkins. "We are grateful to those who took the time to share their feedback with Chambers researchers. These rankings reflect our attorneys' dedication to providing quality service and practical solutions that help our clients achieve whatever their business goals may be."
The Chambers USA Guide is published annually by Chambers and Partners, a globally recognized legal directory. Rankings are determined through an extensive independent research process that includes interviews with clients, peers, and industry leaders to identify the leading lawyers and law firms across the United States.
The firm's recognized practices continued to earn praise for their depth of experience and client service.
"We are honored to have our group, as well as individual attorneys, recognized by Chambers in the healthcare space for 2026," said Elizabeth Sullivan, chair of McDonald Hopkins’ Healthcare Practice. "This recognition reflects the depth of experience and skill our team brings to healthcare matters and the trusted relationships we have built with our clients."
David Agay, chair of the Strategic Advisory and Restructuring Group, echoed her sentiment.
“Our recognitions by Chambers in multiple markets reflect our strong growth and positioning as a go-to corporate restructuring practice,” he said. “Of course, we are honored by the Chambers recognitions, but also, more to the point, we are grateful for our clients’ trust in us. We expect to continue growing and providing sophisticated services for years to come.”
